In our search for a builder, we came across Rosewood homes . From our first meeting with Adam we felt very confident that he would listen to our needs,and he didn’t disappoint. We decided to build the casuarina home ,but we needed a few changes upstairs to include a second en-suite and an extra bedroom to suit us & our four grown up kids. Absolutely nothing was a problem. Adam along with the help of Andrew made for a very stress free experience. As the build progressed, our supervisor Steve was helpful and was willing to let us track the progress when possible & Lyndal was also helpful and kept us informed on a regular basis. We moved in just before Christmas 2018. We are loving our home and the extra room we have. We purchased land with significant challenges such as hard access and sloping so we knew that we needed a builder with significant experience and one that we could trust…not just another volume builder. We engaged Rosewood Homes as our builder in 2016, their approach as a family business was different to most and they had a long-standing reputation of quality within the area. Rosewood were accommodating in helping us create the house of our dreams and nothing was a problem for them. Their experience helped us design our own home from scratch whilst keeping the cost practicalities under control! Rosewood had a great selection of base designs to choose from. From this we were able to customise finishes to suit our taste and lifestyle. We are in our new home now and loving it. I can unreservedly recommend the Rosewood team. Finding a builder is difficult and the process stressful. Adam and Gina were so good to deal with, no fluff, straight to the point, they worked to our budget, discussing what was achievable within our limits. There were variations along the way but these were sensible and not a "hidden cost" that some builders add on almost as standard. Rosewood delivered a beautiful home (with no defects) that was far above expectations. So much so that it won the HIA award. It was clear from the start that Adam and Gina take so much pride in their work, Gina guided our colour choices, other selections and design. While Adam and Phil, got everything done to a high standard. They built us a home that I'm sure they would be happy to live in. We wouldn't go anywhere else

We’ve been living in our Rosewood home for a year now. We are so happy with the flow of the floor plan, the home is spacious but nothing’s oversized, everything is functional. It was great that Rosewood located the laundry, pantry & bathrooms in the low light areas of the house so we get to enjoy natural light in our main living areas. The team at Rosewood made the process easy. They led us with floor plan and exterior design and then selections appointments were organised. Sometimes we couldn’t visualise ideas so Gina would send us some pictures of the look she was talking about. She was also practical and mindful of our budget. We couldn’t be happier with the result and after living here for a year, we truly appreciate the quality of the build and design.
